If Naib [he who represents someone else] dies during performing the Hajj for the client, his Niyabah [proxy] is controvertial from two aspects: (1) the validity or nullity of his Niyabah which has significant effect on performing or not performing the obligatory practice (Ijza) and (2) the remuneration entitled to the Naib, which was paid or is to be paid after practicing Hajj.
In the former case, if he dies before assuming Ihram, jurists unanimously believe that his practice is void and does not discharge the client from his duty. Also, if he dies after assuming Ihram and entering Haram, jurists unanimously believe his practice is valid and release the client from his duty. However, there is contoversy among jurists in case the Naib dies after wearing Ihram and before entering Haram. In this case, there are two viewpoints, which the one highlighting the insufficiency of performing of any act except the obligatory one for the obligatory practice agrees with the clues and evidences.
In the case of the later, if his Niyabah is to release the client from his/her duties, the Naib’s remuneration is dependent on performing or not performing the obligatory practice (Ijza) for the client. However, if the Naib is to perform particular Hajj practices (rather than releasing the client from the duty), the two following assumptions can be made:
1. If the remuneration does not cover the general practices such as going along the path, the Naib is not entitled to the remuneration.
2. If the Naib should perfom some particular Hajj pratices toghether with the basic ones (by observing the order or parts of the pratices), he is entitled to the remuneration of the part carried out on the behalf of the client.)

Proximity and convergence are among the main and major needs in modern Islamic world. one of the ambassadors of Musilm unity and proximity of the Islamic world is Imam Khomeini (ra.). The issues of proximity are observed in Imam Khomeini (ra.) scientific and jurisprodential works as well as his practical Sirah. In this paper, the importance of proximity and convergence in Imam khomeini’s (ra.) jurisprodential thoughts are explicated through a descriptive analysis of his views on the nature of reconciliatory Taqiyah (precautionary dissimulation), Taklifi (assigned) law and the scope of reconciliatory Taqiyah, performing (Ijza) the Taqiyah-related practice either reconciliatory or for safety reason, not being contingent upon the absence of any alternative to Taqiyah and compare them with those of other Islamic jurists.

Pilgrimage has been the point of interest to Muslims since the early Islam. The practical and verbal recommendation of the Messenger of Allah the pilgrimage shows the legitimacy and necessity of it from the Islamic viewpoint. The ample of evidence cited from reliable Shia and Sunni sources, particularly the works by Imam Muhammad Ghazali about the Barzakh (purgatory) life, the possibility of bilateral relationships between the deads and linvings mainly during the pilgrimage and the influence exerted by pilgrim’s praying and charitable deeds on the deceased person on the Mazur (he who the pligrimage is made to) are strong grounds on which the viewpoints of Wahhabi scholars can be criticized. They deny and reject the said relationship and influence even though they acknowledge the existence of purgatory lives of the deads. In the present study, some relevant narratives, which are accepted by Wahhabi scolars will be presented. Then, their stance to reject and deny the relationship between the deceased and living people, particularly the pilgrim and the one to whom the pilgrimage is made, as well as the inconsistency of this view with the said narratives will be critically analyzed.
