Abstract
The duty of Hajj after prayer is the most important branch of religion that the Holy Shari'ah pays great attention to, and this importance requires precision in performing its actions. One of the most important obligations of Hajj and Umrah, Tawaf, and the inseparable part of Tawaf, is the Tawaf prayer, the correctness of which, in addition to the general and special conditions of prayer, depends on performing it in a specific place. In this article, the researcher has analyzed the topic of Masjid al-Haram, based on Javaheri jurisprudence and the examination of the evidence of narrations of verses and traditions and the required principles, as well as using the inferences of jurists, by analyzing library documents. While paying attention to the interpretation of the relevant verse and the division of the hadiths of the chapter and the interpretation of the jurists, the author has examined the meaning of "I position", "Khalaf" and "And" in the hadiths and has come to the conclusion that the use of the Qur'an and the requirements of the narrations Considering the multiple changes of the place of position, it is that only "behind the position of Abraham" in Tawaf prayer is not relevant, but it is conditional on its existence in Masjid al-Haram. So, on the assumption of moving it outside the current Masjid al-Haram, it must be confirmed that the new place is the Masjid al-Haram
